To our valued customers, dealers, suppliers and friends,

Amid the rapid progression of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the disruptions it has caused, ARM remains open, and committed to providing our highly responsive truck and equipment builds and service to our customers.

In addition, safeguarding the health of our people, and the communities where we live, and work is of equal importance.

We’re asking our teams to work with customers and suppliers through digital channels as much as possible. We’re postponing our in-person visits to customers and dealers and have restricted access to our offices and manufacturing facility while operating normally.  Our infrastructure is set up to allow our staff to work remotely, so please communicate with ARM as you typically would.

We have been in contact with our vendor partners to fully understand their supply chain capabilities and any disruption we may need to plan for.  Currently, we have not received any news of increasing lead times or product shortages related to COVID-19 challenges.

The ARM leadership team will monitor the situation daily and take proactive measures to provide appropriate equipment build and delivery services to accommodate your business.  We realize that the situation is fluid, and anything is possible; however, we continue to be focused on doing everything we can to minimize the challenges that could be related to COVID-19.

Our management team will have continued strategy meetings to assure the actions we are taking remain effective and the needs of our customers, employees and suppliers are being met. We will communicate any changes to our strategy as they arise.

Be safe and healthy!
