Charitable Giving
American Road Machinery (ARM) launched a charitable giving campaign in 2016, allowing employees to contribute to the 501(c)(3) organization, United Way of Greater Stark County. 100% of the employees at ARM were involved in giving to the campaign which, along with the company’s donation, totaled nearly $20,000.00. Donations were comprised of monthly recurring donations as well as sales of popcorn, ice cream, hot dog meals, and 50/50 raffle tickets. Many of ARM’s suppliers provided in-kind donations to be used as incentives for employee involvement in the program.

Pioneer Award
ARM was recently awarded the Pioneer Award (shown above) by United Way of Greater Stark County, which, “Celebrates outstanding contributions from newly engaged local organizations. Each organization made contributions to the Annual Campaign through corporate gifts, employee campaigns, and/or special events that reflect United Way’s mission and have significantly impacted the Stark County community” (uwstark.org).
